• The Guarantee does not apply to rates that are not generally available to the public over the Internet, including, but not limited to, private coded rates, rates that are part of a package, corporate or travel agent rates, group rates, membership rates (AAA, AARP, Government etc.), Opaque Rates (Priceline, Hotwire, hidden rates) and any rates that are targeted towards a specific group of individuals and not the general public.
• The Best Rates. Guaranteed! offer applies only to the base rate and does not include any taxes, tariffs, or fees.
• To obtain the Best Rates. Guaranteed!, you must  (a) have a confirmed reservation and confirmation number by booking through fitzpatrickhotels.com (b) find the same available room and bed type at the same Fitzpatrick Hotel, for the same dates, with the same number of guests and same sale conditions at a lower room rate that is viewable and bookable through another Internet site and (c) e-mail us your application form complying in full with the application requirements below within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmed reservation number.
• If you qualify for the Best Rates. Guaranteed! we will match the competing rate for the room reservation for which you have submitted the relevant Claim. The discount does not apply to any charges additional to the charge for the room reservation, including any taxes, service charge, food or drink or other charges that may be connected with your reservation.
• The Best Rates. Guaranteed! offer does not apply to websites or rates where the Fitzpatrick Hotel Brand or specific hotel and location are not known until after the booking is made (i.e. Priceline, Hotwire).
• Void where prohibited by law.  The Fitzpatrick Hotel Group reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
• The Best Rates. Guaranteed! claim must be verified by providing proof of a lower available and bookable rate on another website.  This proof can be an official print screen or email confirmation of a reservation at the lower rate from a competing website.

1. Secure a reservation and confirmation number from fitzpatrickhotels.com
2. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours of making your Fitpatrick reservation complete the application form and submit it to us within 24 hours
3. The application form must be filled out in full and include:

• The Fitzpatrick confirmation number and details
• The full address of the competing website with the lower rate
• The lower rate offered by the competing website
• Proof that the rate is viewable and bookable (Print Screen or Reservation Confirmation)
• Your full contact details, email address and telephone number
