Here are just a few tips know about our shows

  • Shows generally run Tuesday through Sunday, with show times normally 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. for evening shows or 2:00 p.m. for shows on Saturdays and Sundays. Some shows have slightly earlier show times, depending on the show and theater. Shows normally run anywhere from 90 minutes to three hours.
  • Broadway shows include plays and musicals. Some popular Broadway shows in NY include The Lion King, Wicked, The Book of Mormon, The Phantom of the Opera, Jersey Boys, Motown The Musical, Kinky Boots, Matilda, Mama Mia!, Chicago, Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, and Newsies.
  • In order to find out much more about any Broadway show in NY, all show information can be found by calling 1-800-Broadway. Regular Price tickets can range from $20.00 to $145.00  
  • Broadway shows in NY are located in the Theater District, which spans from 40th Street to West 54th Street, from Sixth Avenue to Eighth Avenue, including Times Square.

Rockefeller Center

This famous landmark is often considered the heart of the city, and is home to the Top of the Rock, the famous Radio City Music Hall and NBC Studios,  American Girl Doll as well as being the site of the traditional Rockefeller Christmas Tree and ice skating rink. This area is a modern park in the middle of midtown Manhattan where you can enjoy shopping, ice skating and a variety of restaurants and unique art and architecture, including the famous gold statue of Titan Prometheus.

Rockefeller Center NYC is located between 48th Street and 51st Street in Midtown Manhattan. It consists of 19 commercial buildings. The Rockefeller family built the Rockefeller Center during the 1930s. There are 14 Art Deco office buildings included in New York Rockefeller Center that were built during the 30s and now also include the Time-Life Building, McGraw-Hill, and News Corporation/Fox News Channel headquarters.

The center of the New York Rockefeller Center is the GE Building (RCA Building). It is located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and has 70 floors. It was renamed from the RCA Building to the GE Building after General Electric re-acquired RCA. The building houses the offices of the Rockefeller family, the headquarters of NBC, the network’s New York studios, and also the famous Rainbow Room club restaurant. In front of this building in Lower Plaza is the center of Rockefeller Center. Also located here is the bronze golden statue of Prometheus. Many other artworks can be found throughout the center.

The Lower Plaza is also where the annual Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree is placed, along with the ice-skating rink. The Rink at Rockefeller Center allows for only 150 skaters at a time and more information can be found at The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree also draws crowds during the holiday season and especially to its Tree Lighting Ceremony. There are many shops and restaurants located in Rockefeller Center.

Rockefeller Center New York also offers outdoor gardens and plazas. These Channel Gardens run the length of the outdoor promenade, separating the French and British Empire Buildings.

Another part of Rockefeller Center, New York is the Radio City Music Hall, was built in 1932. It is located at 50th Street and Avenue of the Americas. The hall may be most well-known for its Radio City Christmas Spectacular, a holiday tradition of over 70 years. Radio City Music Hall is one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions as it is open to the public.

There is access to shopping in the Concourse, underground pedestrian passageways filled with shops and restaurants. The Concourse connects to every building in the Center and includes seven subway lines.

Central Park NY is a public park located in the middle of Manhattan, New York City. There are about 24,000 trees in the park and thousands of types of flowers that can be seen in New York Central Park. There are five visitor centers located in Central Park. These visitor centers offer information on the park, activities, and events. The park is closed from 1 a.m. until 6 a.m. all year long.
