Assistant Manager, Front Office (Manager on Duty) - both hotels

The Assistant Manager, Front Office is responsible for all aspects of the Front Desk operation during the shift, as well as acting as Manager on Duty for the hotel. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, this position demands excellent service skills and a genuine desire to provide an outstanding and memorable experience, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the Front Office department of an upscale hotel
  • Ability to work overnight shift
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service

Manager, Food & Beverage - Fitzpatrick Manhattan

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the Front Office department of an upscale hotel

Line Cook - both hotels

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience on all stations
  • A la carte experience required
  • Knowledge of meat, poultry, fish preparation
  • Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Culinary school degree or certificate preferred
  • Serv Safe certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills  

Server and/or Bartender - both hotels

Currently we are looking for candidates who have experience in the restaurant / hotel industry, who enjoy working with people and delivering excellent service, to fill server and bartender openings in both Fitzpatrick hotels.
